9 Month Tenant Assurance
If the tenant we approve and place in your property has to break the lease or move out for any reason within the first 9 months of the lease, we will market your property and find a new tenant free of charge.
30 Day Placement Guarantee
We find tenants FAST! If we don’t generate an application on your property within 30 days of it being available for rent, we will waive our first month of Property Management Fees.
60 Day Money Back Guarantee
We are so confident you will love our service that we will guarantee our work for the first 60 days of management. If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 60 days of managing your property, we will allow you to break our agreement and fully refund you any management fees charged during that time. This program is only valid with the Platinum and Gold Packages.
Cancel Anytime
We hate long binding contracts, and so should you! This is why we work hard to earn your business every day. Our Listing and Management Agreements give you the freedom to cancel any of our services at anytime! This program is valid with all of our Packages.
